Shopping
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation tabs on each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button.

Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.

We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

You will receive an order confirmation by email this will contain your unique order number, please quote your order number in all communications.

If you are shopping from outside the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Payment is not taken until we have confirmed that the goods on order are in stock, and have been allocated to your order and are ready to ship.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place on back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Payment is not taken for back ordered goods until they are in stock and are ready to ship.

Shipping and Handling
For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class post or delivery by carrier.

Delivery
Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all embroidered stock orders within 15 working days from the close date displayed on webshop pages. Non branded stock items to be dispatched within 3 working days. Where delivery cut-off dates have been agreed with your club, school or college delivery lead times will be clearly shown on the relevant webshop page.
 
Delivery charges as follows:

Up to £10 = £1.99
£10-£25 = £2.99
£25-£50 = £3.99
£50-£75 = £4.99
£75+ = Free

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class to anywhere in mainland UK, for delivery outside mainland UK price available on application.

Please allow up to 28 Days for delivery to non-UK addresses.

It is our intention to only accept payment for orders available from stock. On occasions when items are not available you will be notified by email or contacted by phone and given the option of switching to an alternative product (if we have one), leaving the requested items on ‘back order’ or cancelling the outstanding order.

Replacement Garments
Where replacement garments are required due to incorrect choice of sizes postage costs for replacements may be charged at Tylers discretion.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and we will deduct the VAT for you before we send out your order.

Credit Card Security
Our shopping cart use an SSL certificate with "High-grade encryption (AES-256 256 bit). All details are held in the strictest confidence. We will process your order in the best possible way and once an order is complete, your payment details are shredded. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Guarantee
All of our unbranded products come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee providing that they are returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. The return of embroidered/printed product is subject to agreement with Tylers.

Returns & Exchange: Non personalized items

Exchanges & Returns Non personalized items the following applies:
If you find items purchased from Tyler’s are the wrong size we will gladly exchange them subject to the following conditions, please see below. Equally if an item is deemed not suitable it can be returned providing there is not additional embroidery or print, the returns form is completed and the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt with a completed returns form. Exchanges will only be permitted with a completed returns form. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange, this is subject to stock availability. Where no exchange can be made a credit will be arranged.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all brand labels still attached.
We will only accept returned items that are clean and unused, if goods are deemed used or dirty they will be returned to you and the return postage will be charged.

• Should you wish to exchange an item you will be charged the return postage unless the exchange is due to our own error, or the product is deemed faulty, this applies to items that originally qualified for free postage.
• Tyler’s strongly recommends items are returned by recorded delivery. Tyler’s DO NOT accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Any items returned for refund must be accompanied by any ‘free' items included with the original order.

Exchanges & Returns: The following applies:
• A refund or exchange will only be permitted on an item with additional print or embroidery if it is deemed faulty or the exchange is due to our own error, i.e. the item received is a different size to that ordered. Return postage will be refunded in this instance.

• Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt with a completed returns form. Exchanges will only be permitted with a completed returns form. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange, this is subject to stock availability. Where no exchange can be made a credit will be arranged.

Damaged Goods In Transit

• Tylers’s need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any goods received in a damaged condition. Our carriers accept no liability for damaged goods after this time period.

Damaged Goods Through Use

• Tyler’s will happily return any product damaged through use to the manufacturer. Providing the manufacturer accepts liability that there is a fault the item will be exchanged or refunded. Return postage will also be refunded.
