Dear Customers We work to two cut-off dates in the month (the 1st and 15th of every month) and orders are dispatched within 10 working days of those cut-off dates. Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include Bank holidays. We do not exchange or refund items which have been personalised or initialled if they do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered .If you are in any doubt over the size of product you need to order please contact the office and we can either send garments out to try on for size , or measure garments .
This applies to ALL items with a personalised customer name or Initials .

We will exchange items for St Columbus College , Kimpton Primary School , Rowans Primary School , Swallowdell Primary School, Ibstock School , Kings College School and any other school which does not require the kit to be initialled or personalised
