As a family business we are always grateful for the loyalty of our customers and appreciate all the orders you place with us .But as a business with the constant pressures of price increases and Government lead overheads .We can no longer absorb the Postal price increases we face. We will still carry on using Royal Mail and Parcel Force as we believe compared to other carriers their service is far superior.
Unfortunately as part of the above we can no longer offer any Webshops - School Webshops or Sports Webshops with FREE return labels unless the return is due to a Tylers error ie incorrect garment or manufacturing fault. If you are insure about sizing please contact the customer support team in the office who will be happy to help you.
All items must be returned with a returns form and in the packaging supplied in a re-saleable condition .Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information
Socks are Non refundable due to Hygiene reasons they are non resalable.
