Refunds and Exchanges Contracted Schools & Sports Clubs

CONTRACTED SCHOOL RETURNS/EXCHANGES;

The following contracted school webshops except returns under the policy below;

Cambridge University, Bishop Stortford High School (Not 6th Form Specific), Fulham Boys School, Gordons School (not Cycling Club), Hitchin Boys, Kimpton School, Langley School, St Columbus, St Faiths, Welwyn St Marys, Swallow Dell Primary, Wateraide Primary, Woodbridge School

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. For items that do not fit they need to be returned with the original packaging, swing tags in a re-sellable condition back to us within 28 days of delivery to be considered for refund. Returns need to be requested, and authorised prior to sending them back to us, this should be done though our website via your original order. Requests for returns after 28 days from delivery will be considered for exchange only.
  2. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of goods that have been embroidered, printed or personalised with initials or extra wording if the item does not fit. We do not exchange or refund if an item does not fit as it is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered the correct garment .If you are unsure please contact the office for customer service support.
  3. Items deemed to be faulty once the garment has been worn will need to be sent back to Tylers at the expense of the customer. Tylers will then send this garment back to the original manufacturer’s quality control team for the garment to be investigated .Tylers will only replace an item once the manufacturer’s quality control have determined the fault of the garment .We do not send out replacement garments until this process has happened .
  4. In the event of goods arriving to the customer with production or manufacturing errors before they have been worn. Tylers reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of the Managing Director.
  5. Please Note: we are unable to consider a refund/replacement for items deemed to have sustained damage outside the normal lifespan (6 months).
  6. Items with Vinyl Print; Garments with added vinyl print require special care when washing & drying. Do not wash above 30c or tumble/radiator dry. Print quality can deteriorate in rare circumstances if these guidelines are not adhered to. Please contact us with any queries or issues should they arise.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.

Due to stock availability and quick turnaround times, some items may show as in stock on the website but may be out of stock once the order is received. If this happens the customer will be contacted if Tylers cannot provide the item within the timeframe stated on the website and they may be offered a replacement size or colour or offered the chance to wait or cancel. If the customer chooses to cancel a full refund for the out of stock item will be issued within 5-7 working days.

All items on the website for Non Contracted Schools or Sports Clubs are made to order once they have been embroidered with a club/team/company logo for this reason they are non-returnable. We only print/embroider items ordered on the webshops they are not a stock item

If you are in any doubt of which items cannot be returned, please contact us before placing your order.

Ordering and Cancelling

Once you have placed an order, if you notice that you have made an error you need to contact us IMMEDIATELY. If you order on a weekend please reply to the email confirmation to avoid the order being processed the following Monday. This applies to cancelling an order too; once an order has been processed and embroidery/printing started we cannot cancel or amend an order.
